Comments: Jose was very professional to work with. He and his co-worker Yovany installed a new torch down roof on my house. A new frame for the carport with new torch down roof. Plus new gutters and down spots. Also he replaced both corner wood of the roof. He started on time and worked six full days to finish the whole project. They worked long hours even on Saturday. They did terrific job that I would recommend.

Comments: They started a little later then they said they would but this was due to the job before them running longer then expected. Once they started they knocked it out pretty quickly and worked long hard hours, even on Saturday. Were flexible with my design and executed the plan I had laid out for them pretty much exactly as requested. Some small attention to details were missed but bang for your buck absolutely amazing. Jose definitely went over and above what was required in a few areas and in the end the job turned out really well.

Comments: They repaired my front concrete steps that were broken in order to replace plumbing. The estimator was friendly, my steps now look grate. Communication could be a little better they rescheduled the work and I had to call to find out. The price was very reasonable. Overall I'm very happy with the outcome and would use them again and recommend them.

Comments: Jose knows his stuff! He pointed out that the reason for our leak was likely because the shingles had been placed up too close to the metal channel in our roof (allowing water to pool in the channel during heavy rain). He trimmed them back, caulked it up. Found other nail holes and fixed them up. Blew needles off the roof and cleaned them off the patio too! Very polite, knowledgable, hard working. Same day service. Price was reasonable. I am having him bid another job for us!
